As usual i have picked a recipe that only uses a few simple ingredients.
Frozen yogurt granola cups.
Mix together yogurt strawberries and granola.
Divide berries evenly among yogurt cups pressing down into yogurt mixture slightly.
Granola over each yogurt cup.
The perfect summer snacks.
We always have yogurt and fruit on hand so that was a great choice for me.
Approximately 3 cups of yogurt.
Nothing beats cold food on a hot summer day.
1 tbsp melted butter.
Remove from the freezer and tap the bottom of the muffin tin to remove yogurt cups.
Scoop into a mini muffin tin.
Cup peanut butter or any nut seed butter 1 scoop collagen powder optional.
It is a recipe for frozen yogurt granola cups.
Freezer for about an hour until solid.
Spoon granola mix evenly into 12 lined muffin cups pressing firmly into the bottom.
4 tablespoons sliced almonds toasted.
So back to this glorious recipe.
1 2 cup frozen raspberries unthawed or any type of frozen fruit 4 teaspoons orange blossom honey.
Made with just 2 basic ingredients but customizable in so many ways they re fun to make and even funner to eat.
Place yogurt cups in a freezer safe bag and store in freezer until ready to eat.
Frozen yogurt granola cups are cold refreshing and good for you.
Here are the ingredients i used to make 12 granola cups.
Divide yogurt mixture evenly among 12 cups approximately 1 tbsp.
1 cup vanilla yogurt.
Top each cup with strawberries blueberries and dark chocolate chunks.
Freeze yogurt cups in muffin pan.
2 cups plain coconut yogurt could also use greek or skyr cup frozen or fresh berries of choice i used blueberries 1 cup granola i used manitoba hemp harvest s chocolate granola but any granola will do.
Then a layer of coconut yogurt or any vegan yogurt then be topped with fruit and more granola then freeze.
Once frozen store in the freezer in an airtight container.
Tap muffin tin against the counter to eliminate any air bubble.
Fill each cup with yogurt and top with fruit.
Top each cup with about 1 5 ounces 45g or of a single serving container of yogurt.
